Set up in a luxuriant 22 acre state of the art campus at Sonarpur, Greater Kolkata, KIM promises to offer not only exceptional application based skills in liberal arts and sciences but also to provide a wide range of exposure that will help a student to broaden his horizon aiming at holistic growth of the individual. We visualize a community of students, academicians and academic staff working together in harmony to create an intellectually stimulating environment, where everybody will have the opportunity to learn, to explore & develop a questioning mind.
KIM has taken up the demanding task of reviving Liberal Arts and Sciences, by giving it a contemporary aura. Along with the regular curriculum, the teaching methods will also incorporate relevant software and application based programs so that the students after completing their degrees will be sought after by the industry. Relevant industry oriented subjects are being offered so that the huge gulf between the acquired and required skills is effectively bridged.
